It’s time for one of our most popular events of the summer — the Smokehouse Demonstration and Tasting! The Demonstration is free and open to the public and begins at 1:00 PM. The Smokehouse Tasting is a ticketed event, held from 4:00-6:00 PM. This year’s menu features items prepared in the historic smokehouse by expert chef Jim Barnett.

Drinks will be available for a voluntary contribution.
